As an Enneagram 9, I value peace inside and out, and I live to extend that to my clients. I am a good mediator and offer a calming, accepting demeanor as a therapist.
I have a pretty eclectic taste in music, but I gravitate toward rock, alternative, and metal more often than not.
I’ve recently transitioned to providing therapy in an outpatient setting to have a wider reach as a therapist and to spend more time with my family.

I’m a down-to-earth therapist who isn’t afraid of addressing the hard stuff. I’ve been known to use humor in the process to provide a little levity.
I always knew that I wanted to help people, I just wasn’t sure how. Social work became the answer I didn’t know I was looking for, allowing me to discover my passion for helping others heal from things they weren’t sure they could.
I’m extremely passionate about helping adults address complex trauma, grief, difficult family and relationship dynamics, and eating disorders, from identifying how challenging life experiences can manifest as unwanted behaviors to building confidence in making changes and breaking cycles.
Clients say I listen to understand, provide space for growth and healing, and accept people exactly as they are, never expecting them to be anyone but themselves.
They see me as a light guiding them through the darkness, sharing my calmness and strength while they work to find their own again.
My warmth, patience, and understanding helps them feel safe to be vulnerable.

Bachelor of General Studies with a focus on Sociology, Development & Family Studies, and Women’s Studies(University of North Texas, Denton)
Master of Social Work (Texas A&M University, Commerce)
Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW—LCSW Eligible as of December ) - Texas
