I didn’t come up with this concept, but I really enjoy looking at life this way sometimes. Life has it’s own university. We have classes we go to, sometimes we sign up and sometimes we don’t. We have teachers that show up, teaching us all sorts of things, especially if we pay attention. And then, there are times we pay tuition.
I think approaching life this way is especially good to do when the lessons we are learning are hard, or the teachers are less than enjoyable….or when the bill for tuition comes due (ouch!)
Look for your teachers, they show up in the most interesting ways sometimes. And try not to get too upset when you have to pay tuition. Approach life as a university and adjust your mindset to a growth mindset….we have lots to learn.
