Gratitude Raises Your Vibration

For the week of Thanksgiving, I thought I'd discuss being grateful.  The Heartmath Insitute has done a study on the energy of emotions. It is a great way to look at emotions and makes so much sense.  Lower vibrational emotions include fear and grief.  Anger is higher than sadness.  And even higher are things like contentedness and gratitude.  I wrote about this before with some ideas on how to cultivate gratitude. I like to keep a gratitude journal.  I will go through phases where I will challenge myself to write 3 things each day for 100 days in a row.  I have gone longer than this as well.  I have done less than for a week or two.  There is nothing that says you have to write these things down.  Call or text a friend and tell them something you are grateful for each day.  Meditate on one thing you are grateful for.  Personally, I am going to do 30 days in a row in my gratitude journal.  It has worked so well for me in the past.  What kind of gratitude practice have you done?  What practice appeals to you?
